Bob was very nice when I called to schedule the appointment. I was quoted $95/hour plus $10-15 trip charge. The man who came to fix our printer reeked of stale cigarette smoke and looked like a homeless man. He did fix our machine in about 10 minutes, but I was also told he would clean the machine thoroughly while he was working on it.
