Michael Grassi is by far the best builder in the area. One of the nicest guys and most willing to meet a buyers needs even after the sale. When it comes to building a house the home builder is by far the most important decision in the whole process because it will make or break the overall experience. Poor communication and no paperwork or receipt given for a deposit. I left several text messages that were never answered. Very disappointing.
