We had taken a new GMC Denali truck we purchased from another dealership to look at the sound system in our Denali tailgate. The service department called after having it all day and stated “Since we purchased it from another dealership they couldn’t service the vehicle!” Mind you it’s under warranty with the manufacturer sound system.
