I recently visited GMC Classic Dealership Service Department in Texarkana after driving an hour and a half to get my check engine light diagnosed. Unfortunately, my technician Dillon wasn’t available, and I didn’t want the trip to be wasted, so Kenny helped me instead. I went to get my car serviced and my friend and i saw a beautiful car a 2026 Buick Enclave, 3 row seats, all the things you love on it and priced, (I'll say nicely) see Mr. Tommareio Martin the client manager, I may be back one day and get it. Look for me. I have a 2021GMC Terrain and I love it. a change is coming though., all that are looking for a new ride go see him.
Refused to cut keys for my car, because I would provide the key blanks. I informed him that the key blanks were GM factory replacement parts sealed in a new package, and they were in the correct resistance range. He said he didn't feel comfortable cutting them unless I bought the blanks from this dealership " so that he could make a little money". He also said if his machine cut them wrong, he was liable, and if I bought the keys from him it would somehow change his liability. It is embarrassing that this is the only dealers... read more
