I came in for an oil change and had a great experience. My service advisor, David, was very helpful and made the process smooth and easy. Excellent customer service.
I bought a 2023 truck from this place, after driving it for 3 weeks the transmission broke, I understand that things like this can happen, what I don't understand is the terrible service they have to repair the trucks, I returned to the place to tell them that the truck they sold me stopped working and the person only answered me that they did not have a car to lend me and that if I wanted to go somewhere else because they had a lot of work, all I wanted was for them to give me a little priority. Erick the advisor was a god send. He went above and beyond to help me when my car stopped on me and started overheating. He kept me in the loop on what was going on and or what he was waiting for. He helped me out a lot and for that I’m thankful
