Horrible experience. I originally wanted the taller lady to do my brows because hers looked perfect, but she was too busy on a personal phone call, so she had an older short lady with glasses do them. She messed my brows up so bad that she stopped in the middle and had the other lady come fix them. At one point I opened my eyes and THREE people were standing over me talking about my brows.
