While I understand I was at fault for walking in 10 mins til closing and apologized , as a business your customer service should never be turned off! Didn’t speak when I came in , asked her question in regard to piercing and she acted as if I was speaking to myself. It took her a while to respond. The experience was just okay. The staff didn’t come across as very welcoming—it felt more like a “come in, get your service, and leave” kind of environment. It also seemed like they weren’t genuinely interested in serving the local demographic, but rather tolerated it because it’s profitable. The shop could definitely be cleaner. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and there was no antibacterial soap available, which raises serious concerns about their sanitation practices.
