Until very recently, I was a big fan of Classic Brass cabinet hardware. Their finishes, done properly, are gorgeous. As a designer, they have been my go-to for years. Sadly, my most recent order fell short. The knobs I received looked nothing like previous orders in the same finish. Things happen. Production lines make mistakes, as do warehouses. I am a homeowner with several properties, and oversee my own upgrades. I was a bit apprehensive about calling with a question after reading some of the older reviews, but am happy to report that my phone conversation with a representative of the company was very pleasant. The rep was polite , courteous, friendly and provided me with needed information (the screws supplied are standard issue; I can find screws to fit my needs at the local hardware store, which I did).
