We have exterior screens with somfy motors. Their website listed Classic Blinds so I called and Pat and Donny came out 2 days later. A workman had tried to reprogram our remote and left it inoperable. They talked to Somfy twice and worked diligently for almost 6 hours to get it all back in order in addition to fixing one screen that wouldn't roll up, even though it was almost 8:30 on a Friday night before they finished!
