Pat was instrumental in helping us figure out a window problem that we have struggled with for a couple years, not knowing what to do. He came up with some great suggestions. We settled on one and once ordered it was delivered quickly. While installing, Pat noticed a small tear in the shear fabric part of the blind (that I would never have seen).
