I have been shopping at Classic Beauty Supply for over 25 years. Always a pleasant experience as Nidia gives great advice and recommends the products she believes will best address my needs or concerns. I have moved away from the area but continue to order as everthing is shipped in a timely fashion. I have just learned Nidia, an employee for over 20 years, has recently taken over the business. She has always been incredibly helpful. Wishing her the best of luck!

I had a somewhat mixed experience. The initial interaction was very positive. Nydia was friendly and helpful, and even offered a solution when a new customer discount wasn’t applied to my order. However, there were a few issues with follow-through and communication. After leaving me a voicemail offering to make up for the discount with an extra item, I responded, but never received a reply or confirmation.
