this company is ridiculous. We were there in June after the hail storm and the put us on the schedule for mid september... I called today to confirm a day. Well first off 5 hours later after I called and they couldn't find my name the old lady said she would call me back(never happened). Then my husband called in the afternoon and they told him they had no record of.my calling at 8am. So obviously there is an old lady who doesnt work there answering the phone.
