Workplace needed a very important part and paid for overnight delivery on Thursday, June 6. It is now June 8 and no part and no way to contact anyone. Maybe when people place overnight orders they should be given a tracking number. Big problem for our customers!
Extremely dishonest company. We purchased a part from Classic Automation on ebay. Without any sort of message or notice, they cancelled our order with the reason given as "something is wrong with the buyers shipping address". When we called them about it, they confirmed that the real reason was that they didn't have it in stock. So they list items they don't have and then are dishonest about the reason for cancellation.
