no workers wear masks or gloves INSIDE or OUTSIDE. When they drive your car, touch your interior, etc. I asked the young maskless worker inside today if there was a sanitizer or something that they use because they aren't wearing ANYTHING. She simply said "no". okay, $27 dollars WASTED because now I have to get it cleaned again. I will never come back!
Just left there. The guy who drove my car out of building didn’t have his mask on properly. The drivers floor wasn’t fully vacuumed. Console still needed cleaning, dash wasn’t wiped down. Yes, I should’ve said something but I didn’t notice everything until I pulled away. Shouldn’t they do a good job where I don’t have to “inspect “ before I leave. I’m not asking for extra, just what I paid for.
Today I went to have my truck washed at this establishment first time being there. I bought the $26 car wash had to pay five dollars extra to have my floor Mats done and left a $10 tip in the mailbox. 20 minutes after I left there I had to put something in my backseat and noticed that it was NOT VACUUMED NOR WIPED DOWN! I immediately contacted the premises to be given a text response that I would “receive a phone call back”. After hours of waiting for a callback.. Took my car to get a full detail inside and out. they put a small and scratch dent on my car and did a poor job on the interior. They sent me text message and calls asking me if I’ve gone yet and when I went I messaged them about the damage and job they did on the interior they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. Even sent them pictures. Thankfully I work at a dealership and we have guys that fix dents. I’ll never bring my car to them again.
