I’d give 10 stars if I could! I was directed to Classic Towing via GM Roadside Assistance. Our EV had a 12v battery failure and was stranded in a parking lot. Though he claimed no expertise in the operation of EVs, Jeff totally came to my rescue. He spent over an hour and a half with me navigating the steps necessary to get the vehicle on his flatbed truck - no small feat with this locked-up EV.
