Good customer service, text communication s and results
Bad news: we were rear-ended twice in 6 months. Good( actually great) news: we took our cars to Crash Champions in Lynnwood, WA. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Karen was our intake rep. She made sure we understood the entire process and how we would be communicated with: we chose text messages for updates however when the inspection was complete, they called us to confirm that USAA had approved the repairs and asked for our consent to proceed. Extremely poor attention to details, I would not ever recommend it. They could NOT fix my 4runner properly after several times and when I complained the last time, I was simply called picky. I understand the insurance plays a role (e.g. original vs generic parts) however they were willing to return the car without properly being fixed and just hope I would not notice. refused to let insurance pick my car up after 0 communication to me about that. ladies at the counter are great but atleast give me a call if you’re going to extend me not having any vehicle for another 2 weeks.
Crash Champions in Lynnwood has been, by far, the BEST experience I’ve had! I came into this knowing nothing about cars or insurance and felt completely overwhelmed—until I found Crash Champions.
