Made same-day appointment for repair estimate through their main office showed up on time after driving 40 minutes in traffic When I got there no one was there except me and the lady working. She asked me if I made a same-day appointment I said yes and she told me she’s too busy and that I needed to reschedule. I told her I drove 40 minutes here she said she’s too busy and ended up driving back home in traffic.
It’s been a month and they still have my car. Every day it’s a new excuse as to why it’s not ready and every day I get a new estimated ready date. Totally unprofessional.
Incredibly well oiled machine, this place (pun intended). Staff was knowledgeable and courteous and the communication was the best!!
I made an appointment online. I scheduled for 12:30 same day. Got there on time. Then was told they were all booked up for estimates. Why let me schedule online if you are not going to honor it. My time is worth something. VERY DISAPPOINTED
