Absolutely stellar service, I Absolutely could not be happier with this location! My truck looks beautiful and repaired so well you would never have even noticed there was ever any damage. Special shout out to the ladies in the office, Absolutely as sweet as can be and got me taken care of on drop off and pick up with great attitudes and smiles even at 8 am. It was Tiana, emy from Crash Champion and the team that repaired my car with the simplest of ease - to me, The Customer. They (Alicia) will monitor the process of the repair and report to you - The Customer, of progess. These people LOVE to be a customer first business at it shows by the way they run their shop. And the connectioon they have with Enterprise (Evan) is out the charts easy to getr a temp vehicle. Thanks to them all. 10 STARS is required here!
Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they are so amazing! My car was damaged in a hit & run leaving dents, scratches, & blue paint on my red car! When I picked up the car after repairs it looked good as new, with fresh paint! Plus they detailed the car, so it sparkled! The painter, Vasily, did a phenomenal job and my estimater, Caitlyn, is top-notch! She is friendly, provided updates every 2 days, & helped get my car repair completed a week before schedule! A long story short: I was in a car accident back in December, got hit by two cars going roughly about 50 miles an hour and I heard a very loud crunch. The back of my Accura was a hot mess ( but thankfully the crash was not worse ) ! It took sometime to get the car in ( logistics and insurance) I wish I had images of the before damage because my car looks stunning.
