When our insurance app failed to actually set the initial appointment and we showed up, Crash Champions, graciously took the appointment anyway even though they were double booked. The staff was very kind given the extra circumstances surrounding our situation and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. The car was as good as new when they were finished! Hopefully we won't need their services again/any time soon, but should it come to that, we will entrust our vehicle with them for sure!
Dropped the car off and got it back in a record 9 days! So fast! Alicia and Emy were fantastic to work with and kept me updated along the way. Car looks brand new. Thank you!
Absolutely stellar service, I Absolutely could not be happier with this location! My truck looks beautiful and repaired so well you would never have even noticed there was ever any damage. Special shout out to the ladies in the office, Absolutely as sweet as can be and got me taken care of on drop off and pick up with great attitudes and smiles even at 8 am. It was Tiana, emy from Crash Champion and the team that repaired my car with the simplest of ease - to me, The Customer. They (Alicia) will monitor the process of the repair and report to you - The Customer, of progess. These people LOVE to be a customer first business at it shows by the way they run their shop. And the connectioon they have with Enterprise (Evan) is out the charts easy to getr a temp vehicle. Thanks to them all. 10 STARS is required here!
