I scheduled an appointment on the 18th of December for the 30th. When I arrived I was told that there were 43 vehicles in front of me and that I would need to leave the vehicle. The next day I received a diagnosis of a bad power steering pump at a cost of $2,435. I asked to come and get my vehicle which I did as I couldn’t afford that amount. I paid over $200 for the diagnostic fee and some fluids. The vehicle had the water pump seized on the way home. Belt came off and I lost steering, brakes, etc as a result . I was lucky ... read more

Did a service at a higher price than originally agreed on without asking me if I still wanted the service done. Then refused to use the military discount on the price to lower it. My issue is not with the cost of the oil change it is the decision that was made to proceed with the service without informing me first that the price was higher than previously discussed.
