John Bishop was my service tech. He was kind, courteous and professional, he resolved my problem quickly. In addition to resolving the immediate issue, he was able to get my needed oil change done while I was there.

I've always gone to another dealership to get any work done on my vehicle, had a bad experience with Classic many years ago. Which sucks because I've been in Galveston my whole life. So a friend convinced me to go back and give them another shot. I started small and went to get an oil change. They said will top off all fluids which they didn't at all because radiator coolant was low.
