I must admit I was disappointed with the services offered at Classic Auto Collision. I dropped off my car for a deep detailing, after being told it was going to be quoted an extra $125 more than the $200 already spent, I thought the price was high. RecommendedI needed body work after someone backed into my car. I never had to make a claim so no idea what I needed to do. They helped me through the whole process and took care of everything!!! Staff were great!!! Not only did they do a great job on the body but detailed the whole inside at no expense and I had a loaner vehicle and no cost. I highly recommend for all work I know I’ll surely go back!!!

My son had been going to the one in Escanaba since they open so we figured we would give them a try seeing the Repair shop we had went to for 50 years closed. Well, how impressed we were. They squeezed us in in a couple days as my husband had to go to Green Bay to hospital and we needed the car even though they offered a rental. We picked it up and they did a great job. Got my baby back from Classic Auto Collision today! They did an amazing job! Looks better than the day I bought it. They even gave me a FREE loaner car to use while they fixed the damage from the idiot in the Walgreen's parking lot. And a FREE top to bottom auto detail to top it all off!!! Worst experience I’ve had with saying what they would do and how long it would take ! Brought my truck there when I went out of town on a Monday went back following Monday and parts weren’t even there yet checked in a few days later and step sides weren’t ordered yet and they told me I would get 2 step sides and received only 1 which Cost $969 Will never return
