Very disturbed with his place, I’ve been dealing with them several times and they do excellent work.. but on my recent visit there for some work done on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, they said my battery was bad but by looking on the receipt, it showed they replaced two battery fuses so they cross jumped my battery and also fried my alarm system. I had to bring it back for them to address the bad paint job on the bumper and left fender to be buffed out. They still have not Address the other issue with the steeling... read more
Very disturbed with his place, I’ve been dealing with them several times and they do excellent work.. but on my recent visit there for some work done on my vehicle. I had to keep on bringing it back for them to address some work they did. They still have not Address the other issue. U leave messages for the manager to call u and he never calls back. I have to keep calling there. I will never ever ever do business there again.
In my experience this is the best auto body repair in Gaithersburg. Reasonable estimates, excellent service.
if i could give this place 10 stars i would, i was informed every step of the way and michael was better than i could have imagined! he did an amazing job, i would definitely use them again in the future.
I see a lot of negative comments but personally they did a great job with the repair of my car. I am satisfied with the result. Thank you.
