Back again already :( Had another fender bender and took my car back to Classic Auto Body after having such a great experience the last time I was here. The estimate was thorough and they were able to get me in right away for repairs. Great customer service and they always kept me updated. Loved the result and just like last time... looks like new! I HAD TO GET AN CAR ESTIMATE ON MY CAR GOT ALL OF MY PAPERWORK THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON GAVE ME A COMMENT CARD TO FILL OUT THEN SHE STARTED TO TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER THAT GAVE A BAD COMMENT IN DETAIL SINCE SHE WAS BRAGGING ABOUT WHAT GOOD SERVICE THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON THEIR WORK 3 YEARS IN THE RUNNING I REALLY STARTED TO FEEL VERY UNEASY AND ALL THAT COULD THINK ABOUT OF THAT CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY AND THE LAW....
