My vehicle was involved in an accident and deemed a Total Loss. Of course the Insurance Company (State Farm) low-balled the valuation using CCC-One and claimed their ACV was "solid". The Insurance Co's ACV was at least $2K less than the real ACV and they would not budge on their offer. Mind you, when the real ACV on my used 2010 vehicle was @$11k, so the Insurance Co offer of $2k less is a big difference. Liars and Cheaters !!! Stay away from Tony Frer !!! The only thing he can do is take money before he starts working and then not answer the phone or reply to emails. He couldn't get an estimate for a month and always had an excuse. Complete waste of time and money. A terrible fraud. Highly not recommended work with him.
