Purchased a firewall cover to give my classic a cleaner look. I wasn't too keen on the quality of it. Wrote an honest review. A "customer care specialist" responded to my review by assuming they knew the policies of my orders from my other purchases from other sites (Which I did not mention). They in fact did NOT charge me a restocking fee nor did the others make me pay return shipping if I was not satisfied with the (unopened) item. They simply emailed me a prepaid return label to print.
