I thought I was getting a good quality Classic American Home, thinking that it would be the best decision for my family...was I wrong? Most definitely was. "I am writing this to provide a factual account of my experience with Classic American Homes and my realtor, Caren. While I am satisfied with the house itself and made every effort to be a flexible, reasonable buyer during the inspection and walk-through phases, the communication regarding financial incentives was misleading and unprofessional. We’ve been in this home less than a year and our water heater has already shut off three times. One incident involved a noticeable gas smell and we had to contact the gas company. That is a serious safety concern — not a cosmetic issue. Several work orders we’ve submitted have been dismissed or patched instead of properly addressed. For a new build, this has been extremely disappointing. We hope these safety concerns are taken seriously moving forward.
Anytime we have tried visiting their model homes during the times stated, they are never there. It’s frustrating because we take time out of our day and bring our little ones just for all of us to be left disappointed.
These pictures are just the Start. I bought this home for the location, but the builder definitely is not the Greatest for the price of this house. It is some D Class build. I’ve had issues with the plumbing, door bell still is humming. I’ve had issues with the AC and leaking roof Finding more things like uneven floor tiles , I do not suggest you buy from Classic American. I have never had any issues with My Other Homes from different builders
