These pictures are just the Start. I bought this home for the location, but the builder definitely is not the Greatest for the price of this house. It is some D Class build. I’ve had issues with the plumbing, door bell still is humming. I’ve had issues with the AC and leaking roof Finding more things like uneven floor tiles , I do not suggest you buy from Classic American. I have never had any issues with My Other Homes from different builders

I am so happy with my classic home and the customer service I’ve been provided. I’ve been in my home for 7 years. Not only was I going to get a tiny amount of house for a much higher price with other builders, but I ended up needing the larger space more than I realized!! Everything- the home AND appliances have stood the test of time. If my kids and I ever decide to move out, we are 100% buying another classic.
I had an amazing experience with my house. Stephanie, was very quick to get in touch with me on any questions, and also very quick to get me scheduled to let me see the progress as the construction was being completed. Made my house buying experience much easier, than I expected. Thank you Stephanie!
