I purchased a 9000 BTU unit because of price and features. After 1 year, I had issues with the outside unit right on the edge of the warranty. Bert was very helpful and knowledgeable and addressing the issue in a reasonable time. After another year, I had an issue with my refrigerant line. Again, Bert responded and addressed the concern quickly. I am happy with the unit as it keeps my 33,000 pound concrete shelter climate controlled inside an insulated room.
