My name is Joe Cheben and I live at 104 Mosswood in Cordillera Ranch. Classic just replaced our 5-ton unit which was 13 years old and now developed an evaporator coil leak. We had the company who maintained out 3 units for the last 13 years come out first. They inspected our 5-ton unit and told us that the evaporator coil was shot and also the compressor.
