Don't buy their pontoon products, if you want or will need replacement parts. They're always out of stock and they don't return customer service emails or phone calls. Extremely poor excuse for a retailer!!
I’m picking up a load here, headed for CA, and they have no idea what is going on. The supervisor, Kaylee, is an incompetent person; she confirmed with my CSR that the load exists and then left for the day without telling her staff what to put in my trailer. It has been 2 hours and Joe, here, is trying to get me to come back in the morning because he doesn’t know what to do.
TL; DR The Colorado Pontoon boat is great! It’s the customer service that sucks! Received rusted parts 3 times from this company: once in the box, & twice from their warehouse. They even assured me the warehouse manager would check it the last time. Customer service is slow to respond, if they respond at all, & lacks attention to detail. The long but complete story: I received this boat with (2) foot pegs that showed rust on the inside. When I tipped one of them up, rusted metal particles fell onto my floor.
