Both the first and second grill covers I ordered, and paid for, did not fit my grill. Despite their graphics suggesting it would. I returned both covers, undamaged, to Classic Accessories. I called them today requesting a refund. Then I'm informed of the $50 REFUND FEE! (I had ordered directly from the company rather than Amazon) Terrible, terrible, unhelpful customer service. Darn near PREDATORY!!
I work at a dealer installing there cabs. Customer service is poor. Tried calling unable to get through. Sent emails with pictures. with a response saying they will get back to you and never do.
Camper cover was torn and shredded after just a few seasons.
Don't buy their pontoon products, if you want or will need replacement parts. They're always out of stock and they don't return customer service emails or phone calls. Extremely poor excuse for a retailer!!
