Horrible experience! I liked the classes and the trainer, but UFC management team has ruined everything. In the beginning of March I came in to purchase an unlimited membership for 1 month. The guy working at the reception told me I don’t need to sign any papers and that my membership will end automatically and I won’t be charged for the next month. The gym has been fantastic. Coach Ed is extremely talented and creates both a welcoming environment where everyone boosts each other up, and a challenging workout where you can really feel proud of the effort put in. Learning how to box is an extremely rewarding experience and coach Ed is a fantastic teacher! 🥊👍
Absolutely amazing place to work up a sweat and learn some boxing skills. Coach Ed is the best. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely motivating.
Horrible experience. I was a member for 11 months. Four trainers quit without notice. Many canceled classes. I was standing for 30 minutes waiting for trainer to show up. Twice I was alcohol bottles around gym. Very unclean. Don’t go into bathrooms. When asking for a refund all I heard “ask Moe, ask Ryan”. Zero accountability. They charge 160 for little classes, very unclean environment. I would also add classes are very limited in time selections.
