I have been a member of this gym for the past 6mo. and over that time I've been able to make great strides in my fitness journey. The facility itself is always clean, smells nice and has an attendant you can speak to. The classes are a full throttle workout for individuals looking for a complete body workout. They also have technique and HIIT classes. All the staff are helpful and very friendly. Notably, Lead Coach Jacob and Coach Ray have been super helpful in my personal journey.
