Do NOT go to Class Tailor. Some of the worst service I have ever received. Class Tailor had my dress for over two weeks and on the day of pick up they lost my dress. When they finally found my dress they charged me $125 for a hem job after not being honest about the price. There was also a stain on my dress once received. I only received a $25 discount for very poor service. Do not go to Class Tailor.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and have brought multiple clothing items in for alterations. While the work is decent, the alterations don’t always look completely seamless. Over time, the prices have also increased significantly. I recently had the waist taken in on a pair of pants, and what used to cost $20–$25 is now $40. On top of that, there are only three parking spots for this location, and if those are taken, you have to find parking elsewhere in the area and walk to the tailor. I've gone to them multiple times this summer and every item they altered has been great! You can't tell where it was altered and they fit great!! Highly recommend!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Class Tailors. I came in with high expectations for my prom suit, especially since I specifically requested that appliqués be sewn onto the fabric. Instead, it looks like they were glued on—messily at that.
