Not a good service provider! I had my two roof leaks and associated hardwood floor damage repaired in the summer of 2010 and paid them $7,000+. 2011 winter - no leak, 2012 winter - small leak at one of the two repaired areas, 2013 winter - more leak in the ceiling. 2014 winter - even worse, and hardwood floor bad again.
