Lift studio has the best group fitness classes in the area !!
I can’t say enough great things about Lift! From the warm, welcoming and friendly instructors to the challenging yet fun classes, to the all around positive vibes - Lift is one of my favourite places to be! Since joining Lift, I’ve been able to increase my fitness level and step outside of my comfort zone and try classes that I typically would shy away from!
I love lift! Such a wide variety of classes and workout times, plus the staff are amazing!!
Great people running a great place. Lots of variety and they make you feel welcome
