Where do I even begin? "Purchased" a 2008 lr3. Gave Shawn Kelley a 17000 check for the car, a 1500 check for the warranty on September 17. Guess what?!?? No title and no warranty. Like the previous comments, Shawn told me it was in the mail, credit company holding title, he had applied for title and was sent to the wrong address, etc. We had to also hire an attorney. Buyer definitely beware!!!! This "so called" business (Class Auto aka Mountaintop Motorcars) is as dishonest, crooked, and underhanded as they come. I bought a car here in June, paid for the car with a check from my credit union and brought in my trade-in. Shawn assured me it would be paid off in a timely manner. It is now the end of September and they have yet to pay off my trade-in. This has resulted in me taking the legal route to deal with this unethical business. Buyer BEWARE! Shawn is a 1st class crook. Plain and simple. "Purchased" a vehicle from Class Auto / Mountaintop. Translates to was stolen from and ripped off, There was no car and there is no "refund" He is dishonest and skilled in evasiveness and stall tactics. I have bought over 50 cars, and this transaction was the worst. They are incompetent and dishonest. They also do business as Mountaintop motorcars. This is probably because they screwed so many people under the class auto name. buyer beware!

it's easy to give a good rating when everything runs smooth. The true character of a person/Company comes out when there is an issue. I bought and paid for a car from Class Auto. I bought it "as is" when I found a major problem two days later. I was panicked until I talked to Shawn. who committed to making everything "right".
