Great repainting job and detailing, but the back end processes (customer service, payment process with insurance claims, scheduling…) are pretty slow and unorganized…
Bought a brand new Toyota Tundra Limited and chipped/scratched the paint on the mirror a week into owning it. Class made my truck look factory again! Professional employees, timely completion of work, and great communication. Would absolutely recommend.
I had such a great experience with this auto body shop. They were efficient, completed the repairs quickly, and handled everything smoothly with my insurance. The customer service was outstanding, and they made the whole process easy from start to finish. I highly recommend them — my car came back looking brand new!
I can't say enough good about Class Auto Center. I was hit in my Mini Cooper and the insurance company recommended Class. Kent was my contact there, and he was amazing. My car actually looks better than it did before the accident. I have worked with other collision shops in the past and have never had an experience like this. The work was perfection, the customer service was fast and polite. My car looks and drives better than before. I would highly recommend this shop.
