Avoid Class Appliance at all costs, you have been warned, look at the others who have complained, there is one common theme, Tony. My story....Their contractor repairman walked off the job leaving my washing machine completely disassembled and unrepaired all over a screw that he stripped. I don't even know where to begin so here goes. Called yesterday to schedule service of my refrigerator. They answered their phone!! That may seem a pretty low bar, but too many people don't. I got an appointment for the next day, and the service technician (Jeff Talley) arrived when he said he would. Professional and friendly. The repair was fairly simple. Vacuuming and mopping behind the fridge, wiping down the inside as he replaced each part...all above and beyond.
