I had such an amazing experience at Class A Jewellers! Ivy was amazing, so kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the different styles and diamonds. She made the whole experience enjoyable and fun! Josh & the CS team were extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with when I had an issue with one of my Cleo Huggie earrings - they were prompt, caring and professional! I adore my earrings, they sparkle nicely and you can feel the quality in them.
Not normally one to leave reviews but Aisha’s customer service is exceptional . I had an issue with the clasp of one of my earrings and sent it in for repair. Due to the war, when my earrings were sent my earrings bounced around the world for a few months and Aisha was there tracking it and keeping me updated every step of the way until it finally reached me . It’s not often you receive service this excellent and the earrings are stunning. Worth the wait!
My husband gifted me the Cleo Pear Huggies for our anniversary in April this year; one clasp was never really ‘right’ when clicking in and fell out a few times previously - sadly yesterday the clasp failed again but I haven’t noticed it fall out & is now lost! Such a shame the quality doesn’t make the $1,770 price tag…not a great return on investment for 4 months of wear. Cant say I’d recommend. The boxing and presentation is the only reason I’ve given an extra star rating.
Great jeweller! The staff are so pleasant and easy to work with. I also had my conch piece custom-made, and the whole process was seamless. My ear stack looks so timeless, elegant and sophisticated. I couldn’t be happier with the result!
