Awesome the owner is very helpful as well as her trainers no pressure and very encouraging they stress go at your own pace . and they make sure your doing the work out correctly and safely. They also give you a alternative exercises to work with your body if you are having issues. I've been going to Class A Fitness for over 6 years - it's one of the best decisions and investments I've made for my health, body and mind. The instructors are amazing - always making sure your form is correct, motivating you to push harder, and never, ever making you feel ashamed for where you're at in your personal journey. The other members are great - extremely supportive of everyone - just a really good group of humans.
The owner Amy Krentz is a girl that can meet you were you are and put you on a great path. So kind, so inspiring, takes time to listen to you intentionally and really cares for you. She really inpspired me doing a bit of a run with her in her ironman training mentioning she already ran one #ironman and doing another with her daughter.
