We live in a rural area in SA and have had a solar system since 2017. It was installed by an Adelaide business, Class A Energy Solutions. It had a few glitches early on but they were resolved satisfactorily. In the last year a serious malfunction occurred making the reading of power transfers and the grid down part of the system not working. We asked for a 32kw battery to be DC coupled to our current solar installation. The quote was provided very quickly, and was a great price when compared to competitors. Estimated installation dates were provided up front and were acceptable considering the current demand. Our installer, John, was very polite, tidy, punctual and knowledgeable. I went down the rabbit hole of getting multiple quotes ( 6 ) after not knowing a thing about solar panels. I was told completely different advice from every retailer ! BUT the chap from Class A Energy was fantastic and took the time to go through every question I had and wasn't pushy at all. I went for 13.2 kW Solar & 32kWh Battery system and 30 x 440w Riden Solar panels and I'M GLAD I DID ! I left organising my solar battery very late in the government rebate period, but Miles and Class A Energy stepped up and made it happen. Great price, quick turnaround, and I ended up with a better battery than the other quotes I received. I spent weeks researching companies and almost gave up.. there are a lot of *questionable* solar businesses out there operating under different names and making big promises just to get you signed up. Shane at Class A gave a very competitive quote on a system designed specifically for our requirements and needs. Did not oversell unlike many other companies we had contacted and was very realistic with everything. Always available for any questions we had (as silly as some would be). Very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Class A Energy Solutions for anyone looking at getting a Solar System installation.
