Charging a fuel surcharge on supplies bought within the store !! Apparently this is a method to recuperate increased freight costs. My issue with this is that their customer base IS the Transportation industry which incurs actual fuel increase costs. Fuel surcharges are for freight companies that get products to retailers. Did parts prices not increase ?
I walked in here for some air bags and waited in front of the counter for 5 minutes patiently waiting for someone to acknowledge me but no one did..... the guys were literally talking and joking behind the counter completely advoiding me! I will never go back in here and would not recommend this place for truck parts! I ended up leaving after 5 minutes and no one said a word to me.. I went and got my parts at Bergeys!
