I have a 35-ft motorhome and had an issue with my hubcap.... I called late in the afternoon and they told me to come in first thing the next morning.... Everyone was kind and immediately got to work on problem. Fixed it within 30 minutes and I was back on the road... I could not ask for better and more reasonable service than high plains truck and trailer repair! Thank you all!
I got an engine derate due to a faulty DEF doser valve. When they showed up for work they got me right in. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem. Service manager went to pick up the parts I needed. Installed and checked to verify correct working order. Back on the road a few hours later.
