Washed my car but it barley got the dirt then when I called for a refund they said they can't do it becuse of there policy. Dont go here it's a total scam 👎👎👎
Really good quality wash for sparing no expense and choosing the super wash. Im surprised this car wash isnt as popular as the others in town!
Went through, "Touchless Wash," in Athabasca today; selected Deluxe wash, and sides of car came out filthy. Went to show the owner of the car wash & asked for a refund. He was very smug & replied, they "don't do that," as in don't provide refunds. He says, "That's why we have supreme car wash," like that's acceptable. We were heading off the road to Edmonton for our days off when we realized the company truck needed a wash. We found Clash of Touchless Car Wash, and it was nearby and easy to locate. At first it was a little confusing to figure out the entry because of the layout, but once we got to the machine, everything went smoothly. Overall, the wash wasn’t bad at all — quick and convenient. The only thing I’d suggest is keeping the area a bit cleaner for customers.
I went to this car wash today and my truck came out dirty. I went into to ask about it never got it sorted. I was basically told nothing can be done. This place is ridiculous and I will post on anything goes athabasca as well. This place needs to be posted so others are aware. I will never be back to your car wash facility.
