Not professional the lack of knowledge is beyond frustrating with this CPA office the final straw was upon speaking with Susan which is one of the people that over see the finalization of taxes she is paid at $425/hour!!!!!!! SO all of the reviews saying their charges for an organized simple return otherwise done else where this is why. They pass your tax information around to 3+ CPA’s within the firm who also charge by the hour and you are constantly giving responses to your tax questions multiple times on the same question... read more

HIGHLY disappointed with the services. If that is what you could even call it. I submitted my documents to them for taxes in March and they did not complete my return until September. They lost my documents through email which was the delay. They never reached out. I had to contact them to find out the status. Once completed I picked them up and got handed a bill for $580!!!!!!!
