Good place. Lots of well-meaning people. I did have a bad experience once, filed a grievance, they handled it and made it right. Lots of paperwork because they're dealing with the very structure of lives

Do not go here, it is a complete waste of time. Not a single employee here has any idea what they are doing. My autistic son and I have been lied to, services denied and medications cut off or changed without notice. Stay away from this place.
