Initial new client process was easy and great. Mildred is fantastic and so sweet. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. If there is ever an issue it gets resolved right away because Ian is amazing. I'm so glad I found this place.
Therapist ghosted since April, crazy work
There’s a lot of dismissive behavior from staff, and the environment makes you want to crawl out of your skin. I often left feeling worse than when I arrived. Staff sometimes overlook that certain patients are more susceptible to their rude conduct.
I just left this place and my son talked to psychiatrist who was super amazing and sweet and kind decided to prescribe my son medication. Unfortunately At this point, she is not allowed to prescribe this prescription and needed to be sent by another doctor. I went and told the receptionist about this, and the receptionist was extremely RUDE. Basically saying that my son could wait to get his medication I informed them that we were leaving out of town and then we wouldn’t be back until next week in the doctor wanted him to st... read more
