I just left this place and my son talked to psychiatrist who was super amazing and sweet and kind decided to prescribe my son medication. Unfortunately At this point, she is not allowed to prescribe this prescription and needed to be sent by another doctor. I went and told the receptionist about this, and the receptionist was extremely RUDE. Don't bother trying to get services here, because you'll be wasting your time. If you call to ask for an intake appointment, you will only be sent to an answering machine to leave your contact information. I left three messages over a month's time, and never received a call back. Also, don't bother to fill out a request for intake on their website, because no one will call you back. The only reason you get stars at all is because Timothy Burr is amazing. The staff are rude and incompetent. Didn’t get an invoiced email from them so didn’t pay obviously and they just canceled my appointment for a month out?
Very nice service! I got helped by Casey and Alyssa, (I hope I didn’t get the names wrong). Very sweet group of ladies. Very well spoken the both of them and the type of energy the atmosphere needs! They make me look foward to going back.
