Staff and doctor are nice but every time I go to an appointment I end up waiting at least 30 min after my scheduled appointment time to even go back for my eye exam. It's very frustrating when I come to my appointment on time but I have to wait that long for them. I have to take time off of work to come to these appointments.
Went in to see what was wrong with eye. Went in with tech for pre exam. She put some drops in my eyes (dialation drops). Id never got my eyes dialated before so it was scary that 5 minutes after my vision turned blurry. Once I saw Doc, at end of appointment he told me that I could have gone the alternative route and had eyes photographed with no dialation. Would have been great to know at begining of appointment.
Dr. Christiansen is the best! I cannot believe I forgot to leave a review. I had Lasik done by him in 2020 and he did an incredible job. Highly recommend!
I had to return FIVE times until they were considerate enough to be in office during their posted hours. I finally got my contacts and I wont be back, I really thought I was being scammed. Seems they make their own schedule here.
