Do not give these people your personal information including your social security number and do not provide any personal information to this company. I believe this is a fraud company.
I had been given an offer for a position with Cerner and had turned down two job offers from other companies for it. Clarus expected me to give my current employer, who I had a position already with, my two weeks notice after accepting their offer so I did. The company then asked me to perform all of the onboarding tasks within two business day and no given notice.
