So, the glade(?) plug-in by the door in the waiting room and the plug-in in the first exam room were unbearable. Scents can trigger my migraines and asthma. I tried wearing a mask, but a mask doesn't help much for that. My mom, who was driving me, has severe allergies and said that "the plug-in right by the door was too strong and was triggering her allergies" to the man at the front desk, and he questioned her about it, "what plug-in?" I deeply regret choosing this place to get my child's glasses. It has now been 5 weeks (!) since we stopped by, ordered glasses, got our insurance billed and paid our copay. We were told it would take a couple of weeks. Five weeks later there is zero coherent communication from the office, they don't pick up the phone and they don't check their messages. Went there with my daughter to buy new glasses. After ordering them and paying we were told it would take two weeks to get them in. A month later and I have received no call to pick them up, I have called numerous times, no one answers or returns the messages left, I stopped by and they seem to be closed every day at random times. Zero communication and still have no idea where my daughters glasses are or when I can pick them up.
