Just horrible company! Too bad as it is a nice product. Ordered product 8/2025. Backordered until 11/2025. Invoiced for product even though not shipped. Unfortunately it was paid Cancelled order 1/2026 when product was still not received and never received credit after reaching out 6x up until 5/2026. Now 6/2026 and received email that product shipped. We dont want it anymore now that it is 10 months later. Just awful.
Horrible customer service! I've RFQ'd them numerous times (their site), called, left VM, NO RESPONSES for over 3 weeks! My clients are not happy.
