I needed to use a neighbors car for an emergency and she wouldnt let us use it because it was out of inspection...I called and they made room for me in their busy schedule.. brought it down and was done while we waited.... Great service... above and beyond

Yesterday, my husband, daughter and I were in Rochester so she could have a minor surgical procedure. She was discharged and we began the 2 hour drive home. 10 minutes from Strong, the car began overheating. We happened to be within sight of Clar’s Elmwood Automotive. They took a look and said the Radiator was cracked. They thankfully took the job, despite being booked up, and even had to turn someone away so they could get our car done. Love this place!
The staff were friendly, very knowledgeable and prices were reasonable during my visit a couple years ago. This will be my second time trusting them to do repairs on my truck. They work with you, not against you. To enhance your business, you have to be honest to your customers. Networking is what grows your brand. If all goes well this second time, I will have no problem recommending my coworkers, family and friends.
After having car troubles for a week my friend recommended coming here and I'm so glad I did! You can tell the staff truly cares about giving their costumers the best service possible. I couldn't be happier with my experience here.
