The service was great
The staff and veterinarian that saw my furbaby were so nice and caring and they helped to put my mind more at ease over her being sick. I wish there was an emergency clinic closer to where I live, but it was well worth traveling over an hour away from home to have my cat checked out to make sure she wasn't having a life threatening emergency.I'm glad to say that she is doing a lot better now. I would not recommend bringing any pet here especially if you have an exotic cat or cat period. I brought my kitten in for diarrhea and vomiting. I told them it was urgent because he is little for his age and his poop was basically water. The first visit they gave me dewormer despite him testing negative on the fecal and they gave me probiotics to put in some prescription food. This ER vet was great! They handled my temperamental, intolerant pocket bully very well. They took her back alone and only came back with a good behavior report. They didn’t have to use any tools on her thankfully. They seen her and had her sent out with a prescription all within 10 minutes. I was only there for antibiotics and inspection for possible infection so that was within my expectations. I brought my puppy into what I thought was an emergency veterinary 24 hr clinic. The front desk staff I interacted with came across cold and unconcerned. We were refused care until I personally contacted poison control. I was forced to sit alone in their waiting room until I had a case number and paid $89 for their assistance. Hours went by without any care or resolution. This “emergency veterinary clinic” lacks compassion, communication, and timely care for pets in emergency situations.
