They were very kind and caring in a stressful situation.
Wish I had understood the pre-check in. We were just so worried about our 14year old dog we ran out to the emergency vet. Had we pre-checked in we could have waited the 2.5 hours at home instead of the freezing cold office. Main thing happened.., they figured out what was wrong and we walked out with antibiotics and pain meds and now, 5 days later Lillie is back to herself again. I’d go again in a heartbeat but hopefully won’t need to.
Took care of my dog right away and he's doing great now.
My dog was seen twice this week due to a dog bite from another dog. Everyone here is so kind, professional and caring. Their processing is fast and efficient. Thank you to all of you for the care you provided!
