We are regular clients of this hospital and when our senior dog was coughing up blood and dying they refused to make an emergency appointment to euthanize her. What kind of animal hospital refuses to help an animal that is suffering. This isn't the first time they have done this to us. Terrible business.
I recently had to say goodbye to a beloved pet here. The veterinarian and assistant were compassionate and explained everything thoroughly, which I appreciated in such a hard moment. However, the interaction at the front desk was disappointing to say the least. The staff member I dealt with was inattentive and made comments that felt insensitive, especially considering the circumstances. In moments like these, empathy matters from every member of the team. Not just the medical staff.
We found the staff and doctor to be friendly and knowledgeable. Our pet needed an orthopedic specialist after a major fall. The staff was exceptionally helpful in referring us to the NC State Veterinary surgical center. We highly recommend this veterinary medical group! Howard Fleming
Awesome! My dog got a bad cut while here on vacation. They were kind, compassionate, got us in, and ended up having to do surgery to sew up the wound. The people who work there are awesome
