We have a road behind the house and when the trucks drive by, all the dust lands everywhere. Was trying to get the gravel road paved but it private property. The lady was helpful but could not help. Boy was I wishing we could fix this problem. Major health problem. Friendly staff and love the cat.

If I could give zero stars I would, Priscilla one of the customer service representatives was extremely rude over the phone for asking a simple question regarding the roads. She was unkind and definitely needs to be in a job that doesn’t require to give customer service. If anyone encounters Priscilla I hope she gives you better service than she did with me. But definitely poor representation of the street department.

You all paved Clear water, and Quicksilver and made the road worse after paving. It was fine before. Enter sections are uneven. Nasty line all the way down the center. Then you completely left a large divot spot. What type of nonexistent quality control do you even have. You need to higher another contractor to redo, the work you messed up. This should be taken out of your budget, not the taxpayers. A supervisor must have been on vacation during this time two weeks ago. Worst paving job ever.
