We rented a climate controlled unit. It was very easy to access, load and unload. It was clean. And they must spray often because the rare bug we saw was dead. I always felt safe. They have lots of security cameras. Setting up the account, starting and ending the rental were all straight forward. All communications were responded to quickly and helpfully. It was a very good overall experience.
The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. The process was straightforward and simple enough and pricing is reasonable. They do not take cash payments but you are able to pay the rent online without creating a login. However, the climate controlled units building is not that cool inside,it is just not as hot as standard outdoor unit. I wouldn't put anything that can melt easily. And the information and inquiry office is only at one location, not at all Clarksville locations.
Great stuff
I had a great space for my RV. The area was always clean. No issues with the gate. Never any vandalism or security issues. No animal issues. Was there 3 years and very satisfied.
