It was nice not having to worry about my stuff getting stolen or damaged in any way. Even when they changed owners they kept you updated on any changes.
The lady in the office on Trenton was amazing!!!...friendly, easy to talk to....treated me like a friend...not just another person that walked through the door...thank you!
The storage was secure and safe. Would have wanted an office on site but the 201 Terminal drive location does not have one. Nor does it have indoor restrooms. There are portajohns available. I used an indoor climate controlled unit. The unit was very clean.
Everything went really smoothly. It was awesome when our code for the gate didn’t work I was able to get someone on the phone and get everything taken care of!
